Something I’ve found to be very helpful when it comes to sensitive skin is minimizing abrasion. Even makeup brushes can micro-exfoliate and rough up the skin to the point of irritation. Irritation causes inflammation, aka hives, rashes, breakouts and the like. When my skin is especially irritable, I like to apply my foundation with a vs. a foundation brush. I like to apply toners via spray vs. cotton pads. I utilize and soothing mists to prime my skin. When it’s acting especially stupid, this is a godsend. For the times when you’ve given in and itched your skin into oblivion or picked at it, this facial oil is a super-healing wonder. My skin is always better in the morning.

I hope this helps my sensitive skin friends! Thank you for reading.
