Hey party people! I hope you’re doing well! I’ve been sick but also busy doing some fun makeup so hey, can’t complain. Well I could, but what good does it do?! I wanted to share 5 products I’ve been really into lately and maybe you’ll dig them too!
5-faves-january 1. Pure Enrichment Oil Diffuser My skin has been so damn dry lately and one of my best defenses has been cool mist humidifiers like this. As a bonus, you can add essential oils this little babe so I’ve been hitting the lavender HARD.

2. Buxom Full-On Lip Stick in San Francisco Sephora was out of the NARS VIB birthday gift so I got a Buxom one instead. At first, I was bummed, but I ended up loving this! The shade is the perfect mid-tone, brick rose and I love the shape of it because you can line and fill in.

3. NUDE Skincare Detox GENTLE Brightening Fizzy Powder Wash I worship at the altar of NUDE already and this cleanser has been so enjoyable to use. It starts as a powder and when you add water, it becomes a fizzy foam! It feels like it would be drying but it’s the exact opposite. It leaves my skin super soft and hydrated.

4. Root Eye Love You Nourishing Eye Cream If you aren’t using an eye cream, stop reading this, ok well maybe finish, but then go pick one up and start using it! I’m not down with crow’s feet and fine lines and I don’t have any as I’ve been applying eye cream since I was 23. This one is so nice and non-greasy and best of all, it contains zero disgusting or weird chemicals. Use code wakeup4makeup to save 10%.

5. Too Faced Born This Way Foundation So I am pretty married to NARS Sheer Glow, and you know this. But, it’s $45 and if I can find a little more affordable option, I’ll use it to make my NARS go further! I got a sample of this from Sephora and I’ve been really enjoying it. I know oilier-skinned people don’t like it as much but I have mega dry skin so I love it. The coverage, feel and wear is all good in my hood!

My mini humidifier/essential oil diffuser has been a lifesaver this winter as well! I have one at work and at home to keep my skin hydrated around the clock!

The struggle!! We have a Nest thermostat and it tells me that our humidity level has been about 27% lately. I think ideal is 40% so that explains some things!
