Bare Minimum Makeup Look

Everyone needs an easy, natural, throw-it-on-and-go face. That face should take less than 5 minutes. That face should get you out the door, looking presentable enough to face the world and other humans. Maybe this is your ‘someone is coming over in 10 minutes face’. Maybe it’s your “hey, other moms in the drop off lane-I’m serving up 8 a.m. fierceness” face. For me, this is my bare minimum makeup look. If I do nothing else, I feel more confident if I at least do this.

  • Love the finished look! That’s incredible you did this in just 5 minutes. I’m still trying to master my 15-minute face!

    • Thanks so much Jenny…from the block? Sorry-couldn’t resist! Trust me-a 5 minute face is never something I do out of choice, but necessity! 🙂

  • I love this! I never know what to do when I wake up late. You just saved me from the woe of frantic mornings. haha

    Thanks for sharing!

    • Hi Sarah! I’m so glad this helps! Do you ever find that the longer you work somewhere, the less effort you put into your look? First month, you’re like nailing cat eyes and bold lips and whatnot, then you’re 6 months in and…this 🙂

  • I’m a fan of sleeping in until the last minute, so this bare minimum post really helps me out. I’m hoping I can save some time after watching this.
