I wouldn’t consider myself someone who orders everything they can via Amazon. We aren’t in a super committed relationship and I try not to rely on it. However, it’s there for me when I need it, and sometimes, I really do.
Here are some of my recent Amazon purchases that have proven to be pretty great.
I’ve been using a facial razor to shave my face for a really long time. Those razors have always been plastic, therefore very disposable. When I came across this stainless steel razor with 3 included replacement blades, I was sold. I love that it isn’t plastic, came with 3 blades for the price and feels nice and weighted in the hand, leading to a more steady shave.
My favorite way to remove a face of makeup is with a balm or oil cleanser and a hot microfiber towel like these. These are very soft and sizable so you have plenty of surface to work with. They come in a variety of colors, but I recommend getting a darker color to camouflage makeup stains overtime.
The reviews on this product alone will convince you to add it to your next Amazon order. I fully admit that I bought it after a targeted Facebook ad in which the woman’s skin was the best example of glass skin I’ve ever seen. This product is never in stock at my local Target and Amazon has been the only place I could actually get it!
I’ve purchased so many humidifiers and this one has been the best so far. In fact, we now have 3 of these in our house. The moisture output is great, I like that it holds 6 liters and can be set on a timer. If you’re using retinol like me, your skin is always in need of moisture.
As a professional makeup artist, I order tons of these for applying mascara and brow gel to clients. Even if you aren’t a makeup artist, you could use these to brush through lash extensions, apply castor oil to lashes and brows or brush out clumps after applying mascara.
We are a bar soap family. Not only does it reduce plastic waste but I have always loved the nostalgia of a bar soap in the shower. However, I do not love when the bar so becomes a slimy mess. If you use bar soap, you absolutely have to have these soap savers. As the name says, this will make your soap last twice as long and save your shower tile from a mess.
I’m not trying to be dramatic but this treadmill desk sorta changed my life. I would often have the struggle of wanting to sit at my desk and be productive, but also needing to get in some physical activity. With this attachment, I am able to walk at a slow pace on an incline, while answering emails simultaneously. I have coined it “doing my T-mails” and it’s a game changer.
If you enjoy Amazon round ups, or just suggestions of things to spend your money on in general, I want to suggest one of my new favorite podcasts, Gee Thanks, Just Bought It! hosted by Caroline Moss. This podcast won’t save you any money, in fact, you will probably lose money because of it, but you’ll be glad you did.
