Living Doll Makeup Tutorial

“Creepy anime Japanese toy baby vomit face.”
That was how my loving brother described this Halloween look. My husband was pretty freaked out by this look too. It didn’t help that I kept doing robot-like movements and saying in a scary doll voice, “why doesn’t anyone want to plaaaay with me?!”

It’s not for everyone, but it’s a great mix of creepy and whimsical. I created this look for Divine Caroline and it was fun creating the exaggerated creep-tastic doll features. American Girl doll she is not.

Some details that complete the outfit are a headband, apron or fluffy dress and a key cut from cardboard, spray painted  metallic and worn on your back.
