Fall Look Tutorial
It’s difficult for me to believe that it’s time for Fall beauty when I’m sitting by an open window typing this, because our house is so stuffy, listening to the sweet, soothing sounds of my neighbor’s obnoxious bug zapper. That’s a story for another day.
Yet Fall will be upon us and the makeup gets moodier, darker, cozier and deeper. I personally love the colors of Fall for makeup inspiration!
This eye look was created with the wildly-successful Makeup Geek shadows in the colors Chickadee, Country Girl, Bada Bing and Cinderella. These shadows are my new addiction. I amped up the look with a deeply-pigmented black liner from It Cosmetics. I had never tried It Cosmetics before but this first product was impressive for a few reasons! The No-Tug Waterproof Gel Eyeliner applies softly and smudges out great and I love how black it is, especially in the waterline. It has anti-aging ingredients like peptides and collagen in it and I think it may be the first anti-aging eyeliner of it’s time?! One tip you can take away from my failure-do not try to sharpen this! Yeah, it’s retractable. Just twist the bottom and don’t be stupid like me.
