How to Wear Serenity Blue Makeup

Yesterday, I showed you 8 ways to incorporate Pantone’s Rose Quartz, one of the two colors of the year, into your makeup routine. Now, it’s Serenity’s turn! Serenity is a cool, pastel blue that reminds me a little too much of my first car, a powder blue, 1989 Ford Tempo.
