Naked2 Palette Look: Pumpkin Pie Eye

I don’t like pumpkin pie but I do like Pumpkin Spice Lattes and this Pumpkin Pie ice cream from Trader Joes. Mmmm! Marvelous!

Anyways, I  liked the idea of  coppery orange and brown shades together. Chopper from the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette is the most orange shade I had. The color Snakebite from the same palette was a nice contrasting shade of shimmery brown. Bootycall makes for a nice inner corner highlight.

1.) Begin by packing Chopper all over the lid, well past the eyelid crease with a dense shadow brush. You want the color to show when you have your eyes open so don’t be shy about going beyond the crease for this.

2.) Take a smaller shadow brush and place some Bootycall in the inner corner of your eye only. Sweep it slightly up towards the eyebrow.

3–4.) Take a small crease brush-nothing too fluffy since we want more precise application for this look-and place Snakebite in the crease in a concentrated manner. I am using a Sonia Kashuk brush that is more of a pencil brush shape than a blending brush.

5.) Take a small, stiff liner brush and drag Chopper along the lower lid, bringing it 3/4 of the way in.

6.) Apply a volumizing mascara like Loreal Voluminous Million Lashes. Love this formula and brush.

7–8.) Admire your shimmery pumpkin pie eyes! A great look for day, or even night with some brown cateye liner perhaps!

I completed this look with Revlon Colorstay blush in Honey and Revlon Lip Butter in Red Velvet. This is a beautiful oxblood shade that is gorgeous for fall/winter. I absolutely love the Revlon Lip Butters and I will be sure to do a post about them soon.
