Ombre Lips

I feel like we can be most creative with our eyes and our lips often remain 1-dimensional. It’s so easy to create a more 3D lip look though and it’s an unexpected change from one solid color! Visually, it can actually make lips appear bigger too! You can do this lip effect subtly or more high-impact, depending on how different the shades you choose are.

I love taking a lip color 3 shades lighter than my current lipstick and pressing it in the center to create an ombre effect. For this look over at Divine Caroline, I used:
