DIY Beauty Projects

Straight up-I’m not a crafter. I don’t often DIY. Why? Because I’m a little bit lazy, a lot busy and just usually fork over the money for whatever it is that I need. However, there are a few beauty products that you can totally make yourself, and it’s so easy–why not?! So when you’ll have to check into product rehab if you buy one more makeup item, if the nearest Sephora or Ulta is too far or closed, or maybe you just like to be a mix master fresh, make it happen captain!

I created 2 DIY beauty product recipes for Divine Caroline and I bet you already have the ingredients for them! My DIY BB Cream recipe only requires 3 ingredients, the DIY Cream Blush-just 2!

Click the images below to find out exactly how to whip these up!

A BB cream is essentially lightweight coverage, SPF, moisture and a little illumination. Don’t tell me you can’t make that!

If you’ve got an ultra-bright, what-was-I-thinking lipstick, this is the project for you!

Totally random, but you just reminded me I’m almost out of face lotion and I need to order some! I’m not a huge DIY gal either, but these I can handle 🙂

Haha! I’m glad I’m not the only one who isn’t a DIY-er, as much as I may try.

Your DIY BB cream is actually what I always do with my foundation anyways! I normally find foundation alone too dry, so I always like to mix in a lotion or serum to balance it out. You definitely get a lot more options when you DIY, plus most people already have these products, so money saved!

Looks at you, girl! Ahead of the curve! Sometimes you get the best results just improvising!

I totally feel you- I’m not a crafter, either. I would rather pay the cash and get a ready-made product! Haha. But these DIYs seem easier + don’t require a glue gun. 🙂 Great post, babe!
