8 Amazing Multi-taskers that save time in your makeup routine
I really believe that the best beauty products do more than one thing. I think color is color and you should be able to use makeup on more than one facial feature.
What I love about multitasking products is that not only do they give you more bang for your buck, but they save you time and so many can be applied easily with your fingers.

Here are the best multi-tasking products in my kit and my personal makeup stash.
The name alone tells you that this can be used in multiple ways. I love the shade on eyes, cheeks and lips. It sets to a powder finish so its not sticky all day and great for more oily skin types. It’s just so damn flattering, so versatile, so good.
has been my favorite new discovery of the year, truly. I have a few shades, but I gotta say, Werk is the best. I have used in the same way I’ve used the ; on eyes, lips and cheeks, but the is more emollient and has a more dewy finish, which I love. LOVE!
Thrive Causemetics Sun Chaser Bronzing Powder
Not only is this a great bronzer, because it is, but it also makes a beautiful eyeshadow. Because it’s matte, I love to throw this in my crease and do a highlighter like below on my lid and call it a look.
When you’re not using as a highlighter, use it as an eyeshadow duo. I love either shade in the Mean Money/Hu$tla Baby duo on my eyelids for a look that is subtle but says “I tried today.”
While I absolutely love this in my hair, as intended, I also rub it on models’ nails for a super fast, shiny, natural manicure when working on commercial shoots. I have also used this to add a healthy sheen to the body. As a bonus, it smells great.
Josie Maran Argan Enlightenment
Is this a great liquid highlighter? Oh, you bet. But I also love “spiking” my foundation with it for a more luminous finish. Because it has Argan oil, it adds hydration as well. You can also add this to your primer or moisturizer to prime your face with glow.
Weleda Skin Food
This rich cream does so many things, as I’ve spoken about in this post. I use it as a hand cream, foot cream, eye cream, on elbows, as a rich hydrating mask, on a q-tip to clean up liner and shadow, mixed with a powder blush to create a cream blush. As you can see, the possibilities are endless. As we go into fall and winter, just know that you need this.
Glossier Bubblewrap
This Glossier skincare product is meant for eye and lip use. I love using this on my under eye because I really do see a smoother result and my lines plumped up. I also love that I can then tap it on my lips and be primed for lip color or just bed time. I also put Glossier Bubblewrap on a q-tip and use it to clean up shadow under the eye or sharpen eyeliner shapes. Want one more use? I also tap a tiny bit over the concealer on my under eye area midday to refresh and rehydrate.
I hope that this post helps you to think outside the box with your beauty products. Maybe you’ll find some new, multitasking ways to utilize the products you already love, and when you do? Make sure to tell me about them, ok? Thanks!
