I want to start this Black Friday deals post by saying that if this year has caused you to lose a job, or a significant portion of work, I understand. I’ve lost jobs due to layoffs in the past. I’ve lost about 3 months of work this year.

I don’t want anyone to feel that urgent pressure to buy right now if it just doesn’t make sense for you. I myself, am trying to limit “unnecessary” purchases. If you still want to buy gifts, or things for yourself, because you can definitely save a lot, I recommend setting a Black Friday deals budget amount and sticking to it.

I also highly recommend shopping online. I worked Black Friday at Sephora back in the day, and I truly cannot fathom those crowds now.
